By registering and placing bids on this website, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All auctions conducted through the website using the HiBid Auction Platform are governed by these terms.

To participate in an auction, bidders must:

• Create an account with accurate contact information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide valid payment information
• Agree to all auction terms before bidding

The auction company reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend bidder registrations at its discretion.

• All bids are binding contracts to purchase.
• Bidders cannot retract or cancel bids once placed.
• The auctioneer reserves the right to:
  • Reject bids
  • Re-open bidding
  • Remove items
  • Resolve bidding disputes.
• Reserves
  • Multiple reserve options.
  • We do all types of reserves allowed, including silent non-published reserves.

The highest accepted bid at auction close is considered the winning bid.

Auctions may use soft-close bidding. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of the lot closing, the closing time may be extended to allow additional bidding.

A Buyer’s Premium may be added to the final hammer price.
Example:

• Hammer Price: $100
• Buyer’s Premium: 10%
• Total: $110

Winning bidders agree to pay:

• The final bid price
• Buyer’s premium
• Applicable taxes see MO Department of Revenue 12 CSR 10-103.210. Section 4, Example A, effective March 30th 2005.
• Shipping and handling fees (if applicable)

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/Debit Cards 2% processing fee
• Cash
• Approved electronic payments
• Wire transfers may be required for higher dollar invoices

Payments must typically be completed within 24–72 hours after the auction ends unless otherwise stated.

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be applied unless the buyer provides a valid resale certificate or tax exemption documentation. MO Department of Revenue 12 CSR 10-103.210. Section 4, Example A, effective March 30th 2005.

All items are sold:

“AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.”

The auction company:

• Provide accurate descriptions to the best of our ability.
• Accurate photos showing the item
• Please contact us with product specific questions.

Photos and descriptions are not warranties.

Winning bidders must remove items during the designated pickup times. Local bidders can arrange in person pick up. 

No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

If shipping is offered:

• Shipping and handling fees will be charged to the buyer. This includes carrier rate (Fedex) + Insurance derived from invoice total.
• Items will be shipped only after payment is received.
• The auction company is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by carriers.

If a winning bidder fails to pay:

The auction company may:

• Charge the payment method on file
• Suspend the bidder account
• Report the bidder within the HiBid Auction Platform network
• Pursue legal action if necessary.

The auction company is not responsible for:

• Internet outages
• Website errors
• Platform malfunctions
• Missed bids due to connectivity issues

The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel or restart auctions affected by technical problems.

The auction company shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Indirect damages
• Errors in listings
• Bidding interruptions

The auction company reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Remove bids
• Cancel transactions
• Suspend accounts

for any reason deemed necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

The auction company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
